A one hour service is actually a full hour of hands-on time! No 45-50 minute "spa hours" here. Depending on your needs and goals, we may utilize a variety of techniques in a single session, including swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular & trigger point, cupping & vacutherapy, heat and stretching (for example).
